About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance the digital experience and shape the digital heart of Rabobank
Serve two squads in a dedicated focus area within Daily Banking Services
Design and implement IT solutions with the DevOps squad, aligned with business, IT, and architectural requirements
Identify requirements and design solutions for Daily Banking features related to Insights & Finance Management
Support the development team to meet go-live deadlines for WERO requirements in the Future Costs feature
Guide another Business Analyst on complex topics
Translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Bridge business and IT through stakeholder management
Guide, coach, and mentor other Business Analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT development teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong collaboration skills with IT and business people
Great analysis, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
Willingness to provide constructive challenge, speak up, and share perspectives
Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum environments
Familiarity with software development and IT delivery processes
Interest in leveraging AI in daily work
Must be located in the Netherlands
Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
Reliability check required as part of the procedure
