About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Rotate through operational resilience, cyber security, breach and incident analysis, data insights, AI governance, financial crime compliance and compliance advisory
Analyse incidents and identify emerging and compliance risks
Support resilience testing
Translate complex information into practical recommendations for business stakeholders
Complete two short-term rotations in operations and at a rural or regional branch
Potentially undertake an international rotation with colleagues at Rabobank’s global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands
Contribute to Rabobank’s mission of Growing a Better World Together

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or recently completed study within the past three years
Available to start full-time employment from February 2027
Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field
Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous
Self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self
Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication at all levels
Submit a CV, cover letter and academic transcript
