About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Rotate through operational resilience, cyber security, breach and incident analysis, data insights, AI governance, financial crime compliance and compliance advisory
  • Analyse incidents and identify emerging and compliance risks
  • Support resilience testing
  • Translate complex information into practical recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Complete two short-term rotations in operations and at a rural or regional branch
  • Potentially undertake an international rotation with colleagues at Rabobank’s global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands
  • Contribute to Rabobank’s mission of Growing a Better World Together

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or recently completed study within the past three years
  • Available to start full-time employment from February 2027
  • Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field
  • Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous
  • Self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication at all levels
  • Submit a CV, cover letter and academic transcript
