About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Product Owners/Leads to shape initiatives, define scope, and align outcomes with product strategy and business objectives
Lead complex business analysis activities across multiple initiatives
Engage stakeholders to identify, analyse, and validate business needs and strategic requirements
Facilitate workshops and collaboration across business and technology teams
Conduct discovery and impact assessments covering process, regulatory, customer, and market analysis
Analyse and document current- and future-state processes, customer journeys, requirements, user stories, and business impacts
Support the design and evaluation of solutions balancing customer, business, and technical needs
Contribute to target operating model design, solution delivery, testing, and business acceptance activities
Support change implementation through process documentation, training, and adoption activities
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and requirements traceability throughout the initiative lifecycle
Shape and deliver a new payments platform supporting the future of real-time payments
Work across business, technology, and operations to drive meaningful change

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a business-focused Senior Business Analyst in banking or financial services
Proven experience working on payments projects or payments-related initiatives
Strong understanding of the payments landscape
Working knowledge of Temenos highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to lead analysis workstreams and operate independently or autonomously in complex delivery environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with ability to influence and engage senior leaders
Ability to translate customer insights, business needs, and strategic objectives into clear requirements and actionable opportunities
Strong analytical, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Outstanding communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative and proactive mindset, with confidence to challenge constructively and drive better outcomes
