Key responsibilities & impact

Design, test, and optimize end-to-end customer interactions for Virtuele Assistent Robin
Experiment with Generative AI and new technologies to improve customer experience
Analyze customer interactions, conduct experiments, and translate insights into structural improvements
Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, Product Management, and other business teams
Gather and translate customer needs, data insights, and stakeholder input into concrete improvement initiatives
Advise on the use of conversational AI and contribute to a consistent customer experience across channels
Contribute to the further development of Conversation Design within Rabobank
