About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver commercial insights for the Wonen domain by combining data, business knowledge, and analytical insight
Investigate mortgage sales funnels and analyze customer and market developments
Translate complex business questions and analyses into clear insights and concrete recommendations
Perform descriptive, advanced, and predictive analytics supporting commercial decision-making
Analyze customer behavior, channels, processes, and market developments to identify opportunities
Develop dashboards showing commercial team performance
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and support improvements in commercial results
Identify trends, developments, deviations, and opportunities to improve commercial performance
Contribute to knowledge sharing and the further development of data-driven working within the Wonen domain
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data & Insights colleagues, and teams across the value chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing insights that contribute to commercial decision-making and performance improvement
Experience analyzing complex questions and translating data into concrete recommendations
Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, PySpark, Power BI, and Databricks
Ability to connect business questions and data solutions
Ability to engage stakeholders with insights and recommendations
Clear communication in Dutch and English
Analytical strength and curiosity
Business understanding behind data and interest in collaborating with stakeholders
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and identify ways to increase impact
Reliability assessment is part of the procedure
