About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As the Fraud, Security & Control Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of the banking and financial system by supporting our Fraud & Investigations, and Security and Controls teams.
  • Through structured rotations across key area including transaction monitoring, client due diligence, fraud and FEC investigations, as well as security operations and governance, you'll apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify emerging trends, enhance controls, and help mitigate risks, contributing to a secure and compliant banking environment.
  • To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank, you will also be placed on three short-term rotations within risk and compliance, operations and at a regional branch.
  • Selected Graduates will also be placed on a short-term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Final year of undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have recently completed your study within the past three years.
  • Available to start full time employment from February 2027.
  • Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen field.
  • Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
