HBO werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met acceptatie van (complexe) hypotheekaanvragen via intermediairs
WFT Hypothecair Krediet, permanent actueel
Diepgaande vakinhoudelijke kennis van hypotheekacceptatie en risicoanalyse
Commerciële slagkracht binnen het intermediaire kanaal
Zelfstandig beslissingsbevoegd binnen de geldende bevoegdhedenregeling
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting intermediairs en stakeholders
Resultaatgerichte executiekracht in een dynamische omgeving
