Key responsibilities & impact- Support hundreds of hiring and onboarding moments at Rabobank
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring teams
- Support onboarding activities and help new colleagues get off to a smooth start
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to improve the candidate experience
- Coordinate activities and support hiring processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Studies or a related field
- Interested in recruitment, people operations, Human Resources or Agile ways of working
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive, reliable, collaborative and eager to learn
