About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a central role in bridging business needs and technical solutions
- Translate customer and business requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Work closely with architects, engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-function workshops to align Business, Legal, Design, Marketing and Tech on new digital initiatives
- Build and analyse dashboards to gain insights into customer data
- Implement a platform for managing consent and preference data for Rabobank customers
- Take ownership in designing initiatives to improve customer engagement in the app
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor/Master thinking level
- At least 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 3 years of experience working with Data, Backend and Frontend solutions
- Understanding of working in a highly competitive technical environment
- Team player with helicopter view and ability to zoom in and zoom out
- Ability to bring clarity and structure in complex (technical) situations
- Good communicator and not afraid to challenge stakeholders
- Capable of working in a multi-cultural team and environment
- Business English is mandatory, Dutch speaking is required
- Experience with Azure DevOps and OneTrust is a pre
- Knowledge of the Banking Domain, financial products and business processes is a pre
