About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on tasks assigned to the Collateral Control area, primarily involving analysis and validation of collateral, system registration, monitoring and control of the bank's transaction collateral;
Preparation of management reports, data structuring and generation of internal controls;
Monitoring of the bank's policies and ensuring compliance with them, as well as providing support to various internal and external clients and third parties;
Participate in data structuring, creation of controls and automation of departmental tasks;
Keep the collateral system up to date: registration, monitoring, approval and verification of collateral pledged with the bank;
Analyze and approve collateral associated with contracts being formalized with the bank in accordance with credit policies and requirements;
Analysis and validation of property appraisal reports for real estate offered as collateral;
Monitor and support activities related to collateral carried out by the ATOs team - Agronomists / internal appraisers;
Accreditation and oversight of third-party companies that provide appraisal and collateral inspection services;
Support commercial areas, clients and accredited companies regarding the bank's collateral rules and policies;
Support IT teams with respect to testing and validation (homologation) of systems related to the collateral process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of the Brazilian agribusiness sector, major crops and the rural land market (desirable);
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power BI) preferred;
Familiarity with other data analysis tools such as KNIME and R preferred;
Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and georeferencing processes;
Prior experience in collateral monitoring and prior knowledge of property registry and related legislation;
Strong written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal relations;
Ability to concentrate and focus on analytical tasks;
Comfortable working with routine activities and fixed deadlines.
