About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients – both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Respond to emails and other communications.
  • Demonstrate a passion for great customer experiences.
  • Work collaboratively in a friendly culture.
  • Take calls as part of a shift rotation pattern with manageable call volumes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A professional, positive attitude and a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to take ownership of customer requests and achieve first call resolution.
  • Be solutions focussed and have excellent problem-solving skills.
