Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional support to our clients – both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Respond to emails and other communications.
Demonstrate a passion for great customer experiences.
Work collaboratively in a friendly culture.
Take calls as part of a shift rotation pattern with manageable call volumes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
A professional, positive attitude and a strong customer focus.
Ability to take ownership of customer requests and achieve first call resolution.
Be solutions focussed and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Have high attention to detail and work with accuracy.
