About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coach one or more teams of Loan Servicing Specialists to achieve established performance.
Drive operational excellence while ensuring a high level of service delivery across loan servicing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve service levels.
Support adherence to monitoring and managing Key Risk and Controls.
Effectively manage performance, quality, and productivity of team members.
Provide subject matter expertise on Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Certifications.
5+ years of Managerial experience related to Loan Servicing functions in Banking or Finance.
Understanding of U.S. banking regulatory environment.
Excellent people leadership, organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with interpersonal skills necessary to communicate tactfully across departments.
Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
