About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and maintain strategic relationships with regulatory agencies across the United States
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and coordinate communication across all North America entities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory examinations, ensuring readiness and consistency
  • Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery
  • Guide the preparation and quality assurance of materials submitted to regulators
  • Drive exam readiness efforts by conducting assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Track, report, and oversee remediation of regulatory findings and ensure progress is centrally documented
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory expectations
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on regulatory trends, exam outcomes, and emerging risks
  • Enhance processes and protocols for regulatory engagement to promote consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory processes
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with regulatory agencies and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to travel regionally
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
