About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for 3-4 of the DevOps teams

- Stimulating innovation and simplification in multi-disciplinary teams
- Delivery of digital customer experiences and features for a specific target group
- Ensuring uptime, performance, and stability in a high‑availability environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including 3+ years in a Tech Lead or team‑leadership role
- Solid technical mindset: able to engage deeply with engineers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects to influence technical decisions
- People‑management and coaching skills, working comfortably with multicultural, distributed teams
- Delivery‑management experience or interest in developing end‑to‑end delivery ownership
- Understanding of compliance, security, and reliability or motivation to learn and take responsibility for application health
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with vendor management or openness to learning how to manage external partners
- Agile mindset or willingness to grow into collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
