  • Aligning delivery across multiple teams and area while balancing run and change
  • Building strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors across nearshore and offshore locations

Requirements

  • Academic working and thinking level (HBO or WO)
  • 10+ years of experience in tech leadership or IT delivery within large, complex organizations
  • Broad technical and architectural expertise (Data, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, IT in Control)
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore sourcing models and vendor management
  • Agile leadership experience across multiple DevOps teams
  • Strategic leadership
  • Coaching leadership style
