About the role

  • Support the MAC Account Manager(s) in responding quickly and efficiently to client requirements.
  • Promote collaboration by engaging with MAC Account Managers and Analysts in deal planning.
  • Prepare all loan applications.
  • Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and conduct CDD risk analysis.
  • Utilize workflow tools for workload oversight.
  • Monitor loan arrears and accounts, liaising with MAC Manager(s).

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or within banking, finance or agriculture.
  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of client structures.
  • Ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and other associated operational tasks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients.
