About the role
- You will be trained to become an expert in a wide range of IT areas and will grow into your tasks and responsibilities over time
- You will assist in IT support by analyzing and resolving user requests and incidents
- You will be involved in setting up, managing and optimizing networks and can contribute to interfaces and security solutions
- Installations, configurations and the maintenance of hardware and software as well as complete IT systems will quickly become part of your responsibilities
- You will take responsibility for smaller tasks and projects already during the apprenticeship and can participate in company digitalization and infrastructure projects
Requirements
- You will complete your advanced secondary school certificate or your (technical) high school diploma (Fachabitur/Abitur) in summer 2026
- You are interested in IT, technology, networks and digital workflows
- You are a team player
- You are also interested in business contexts and enjoy varied tasks
- Ideally, you have already confirmed your training choice through an internship or similar experience
