About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of Shell station resellers in the Florianópolis region, ensuring excellence in commercial management and execution of signed contracts;
  • Lead negotiations on prices, supply margins, contract renewals and commercial terms, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth and achievement of company results;
  • Develop consultative, long-term relationships with station owners, acting as a business partner and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance;
  • Drive business development by expanding fuel, lubricant and convenience store categories, increasing profitability for both customers and the company;
  • Actively prospect new stations and conduct negotiations to expand the Shell network, including opportunities to convert competing-branded stations;
  • Serve as the main interface between customers and internal company areas, ensuring excellent service and integration with Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Contracts, Credit & Collections, HSE, Transportation, Channel and Convenience Store teams;
  • Monitor and analyze key commercial, financial and operational indicators for the portfolio, proposing action plans to maximize results and ensure the territory’s financial health;
  • Implement and monitor operational excellence, health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting correct process execution and dissemination of best practices at stations;
  • Manage your routine autonomously, maintaining a high level of customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to strengthening the Shell brand in the region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (final semesters) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering or related fields;
  • Experience in commercial activities, sales, customer service or B2B customer relationship management;
  • Experience in negotiation will be considered an advantage;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Basic Power BI knowledge will be considered an advantage;
  • Valid driver’s license (category B);
  • Reside in Manaus or surrounding region, with availability to work in the field.
