About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of Shell station dealers in the Manaus region, ensuring excellence in commercial management and in the execution of signed contracts;
  • Lead price negotiations, contract renewals and commercial terms, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth and attainment of company targets;
  • Build consultative, long-term relationships with station owners, acting as a business partner and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance;
  • Drive business development by expanding fuel, lubricant and convenience store categories, increasing profitability for both customers and the company;
  • Actively prospect new stations and lead negotiations to expand the Shell network, including opportunities to convert competitor-branded stations;
  • Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal company departments, ensuring excellent service and integration with Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Contracts, Credit & Collections, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Transportation, Channels and Convenience Stores teams;
  • Monitor and analyze key commercial, financial and operational indicators of the portfolio, proposing action plans to maximize results and ensure the financial health of the territory;
  • Implement and follow up on operational excellence and health, safety and environment (HSE) standards, promoting correct execution of processes and the dissemination of best practices at stations;
  • Manage your routine autonomously, maintaining a high level of client engagement, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to strengthening the Shell brand in the region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering or related fields;
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, with portfolio management, negotiation, consultative relationship-building and new business development;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with Power BI (basic to intermediate level);
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Reside in Manaus or surrounding area, with availability to work in the field.
