About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the B2B channel for Lubricant Distributors, ensuring the retention and sustainable growth of existing and new customers while driving business profitability and meeting established KPIs.
  • Act as an influencer (indirect management) with the Distributor, serving as an agent of change and ensuring full alignment between company strategies and the local market;
  • Support distributor owners, directors, managers, and coordinators/supervisors by participating in the rollout and implementation of the strategic plan and ensuring tactical execution down to the salesforce level;
  • Analyze the market, monitor competitor activities, and coordinate the execution of strategy for indirect B2B customers;
  • Develop and train distributor staff in sales techniques, pipeline management, indicator controls, goal management, and teamwork, and coach them to build the competencies required for the business;
  • Conduct joint visits with distributor teams to develop integrated value propositions;
  • Propose and oversee technical projects with clients focused on retention, improving product mix, and prospecting new customers;
  • Analyze data and performance indicators to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Commercial experience in managing distributors and/or distribution channels;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Residency in Porto Alegre, RS;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Additional strengths (a plus):
  • Experience in indirect commercial leadership.
