About the role
- Manage the client portfolio (resellers of service stations operating under the Shell brand), ensuring correct execution of signed contracts, pursuing additional volume and managing pricing and margin for fuel supply and other Raízen products and services;
- Support identification and prospecting of new clients, following the company’s established strategy;
- Act as the focal point with internal areas to ensure the best service to the client, while promoting Raízen values internally across credit & collections, pricing, marketing, logistics and engineering;
- Work analytically to perform analyses of the portfolio’s financial health and manage the territory’s KPIs;
- Implement operational excellence and health & safety standards with the client, ensuring the dissemination of appropriate training and execution standards on the forecourt.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Reside in Pato Branco, PR or be willing to relocate;
- Valid driver's license (category B) and availability for frequent travel;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Previous experience in negotiation and client relationship management in the retail segment;
- Previous experience in contract management, account management and client prospecting.
