About the role

  • Understand business problems and translate them into advanced analytics and AI solutions that maximize value;
  • Analyze diverse company data to maximize efficiency and implement improvements in products and services across different business areas;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help create a productive and healthy environment;
  • Prepare technical and business reports on proposed solutions and the problems addressed;
  • Co-create and present executive-level materials;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders to present strategic insights and align expectations on the progress of initiatives;
  • Foster digital transformation across the company;
  • Validate, support, and evolve solutions in production through monitoring quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision-tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their applications;
  • Knowledge of generative AI techniques and technologies (RAG, agents, MCP, observability) and their applications;
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distribution properties, statistical tests and their proper use, etc.);
  • Experience in commercial development of solutions using programming languages for advanced analytics and AI (e.g., Python);
  • Ability to propose customized and scalable solutions for different problems addressed;
  • Good software development practices applied to the proposed methods;
  • Advanced English proficiency.
