About the role

  • Understand business problems and translate them into prescriptive analytics solutions that maximize value proposition;
  • Analyze diverse company data to improve efficiency and implement enhancements for products and services across different business areas;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help create a productive and healthy work environment;
  • Prepare technical and business reports on proposed solutions and addressed issues;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Deep knowledge of classical operations research methods (e.g., linear, nonlinear, mixed-integer optimization);
  • Familiarity with heuristics and metaheuristics (genetic algorithms, swarm methods, ant colony, etc.) and their practical applications;
  • Experience developing commercial solutions using programming languages for prescriptive analytics (e.g., Python);
  • Strong analytical ability, focused on understanding the business problem and identifying factors that deliver user value;
