About the role

  • Manage, create and implement payment controls;
  • Process payments to suppliers, taxes, legal and other obligations;
  • Liaise with other departments regarding payments;
  • Handle tickets/requests related to the operation;
  • Perform reconciliations in accounting accounts;
  • Prepare and send monthly reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Knowledge of manual payment processes (entries in internet banking);
  • Knowledge of accounting reconciliations;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge of SAP and bank file layouts (CNABs);
