About the role

  • Assist customers via voice and text with speed, empathy, and a focus on delivering an excellent experience;

Requirements

  • Proactive and dynamic attitude;
  • Good interpersonal skills and empathy;
  • Currently enrolled in or having completed higher education;
  • Experience with online customer service channels, e.g., telemarketing.
