About the role
- Provide legal advice to the Supply Chain (infrastructure) business, including new projects, operations and logistics;
- Manage the strategic litigation portfolio;
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal instruments (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding);
- Work on regulatory matters, ensuring legal compliance and providing support to the teams involved;
- Conduct legal analyses in due diligence processes, focusing on contractual, regulatory and reputational risks;
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting decision-making;
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring well-informed decisions aligned with business objectives;
- Provide strategic and agile legal counsel aimed at enabling opportunities within legal boundaries.
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Postgraduate qualification in Contracts, Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Corporate Law or Public Law preferred;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience managing strategic litigation portfolios;
- Experience drafting and negotiating medium- to high-complexity contracts.
