About the role

  • Provide legal advice to the Supply Chain (infrastructure) business, including new projects, operations and logistics;
  • Manage the strategic litigation portfolio;
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal instruments (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding);
  • Work on regulatory matters, ensuring legal compliance and providing support to the teams involved;
  • Conduct legal analyses in due diligence processes, focusing on contractual, regulatory and reputational risks;
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting decision-making;
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring well-informed decisions aligned with business objectives;
  • Provide strategic and agile legal counsel aimed at enabling opportunities within legal boundaries.

Requirements

  • Law degree;
  • Postgraduate qualification in Contracts, Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Corporate Law or Public Law preferred;
  • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience managing strategic litigation portfolios;
  • Experience drafting and negotiating medium- to high-complexity contracts.
