About the role
- Manage day-to-day initiatives and project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, tracking dependencies, milestones, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments and partners
- Track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure program success
- Manage project scope, budget, and risk mitigation strategies, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting, providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement, applying best practices and lessons learned to optimize delivery
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption of new initiatives
- Maintain alignment with compliance, legal, and financial standards, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and contractual requirements
- Establish standardized project management practices, methodologies, tools, and templates for the PMO
- Assess project management capacity requirements and develop staffing plans through hiring, contracting, and/or upskilling internal talent
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project teams
- Monitor and evolve PMO practices to align with strategic goals and operational realities
- Ensure client success and satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive support in partnership with the Enterprise Account Manager
- Drive program performance and measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals
- Lead issue escalation and resolution, and facilitate clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Travel as required and participate in department and company meetings, perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for large-scale international client accounts
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace behavioral health, including program implementation, operations, or delivery
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level project portfolios
- Experience working within a PMO environment or leading the development and management of a PMO
- Travel as required
