• Manage international procurement, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements;
• Conduct quotations and negotiations for international freight, seeking the best commercial terms;
• Oversee the entire import process for raw materials and pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities;
• Prepare and review import documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other customs documentation;
• Liaise with customs brokers, suppliers, and international carriers;
• Follow up on orders and processes, monitoring status and delivery deadlines;
• Verify documents issued by the importer and validate information with logistics partners;
• Perform entries, requisitions, and verifications in the Protheus system;
• Support cost analysis and import budgeting;
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and quality procedures;
• Maintain clear and collaborative communication with internal and external teams.
