QA Engineer

• Ensure that the quality assurance management strategy aligns with company guidelines, acting corporately and in accordance with the legal standards of the group companies.
• Supervise the team, evaluating performance and promoting staff development through technical and behavioral training to foster the best organizational climate.
• Be accountable for the results of the department according to established objectives and targets, managing the budget, ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring management indicators.
• Ensure that all departmental procedures are followed and controlled in accordance with established standards, guaranteeing proper functioning of processes.
• Ensure application of quality policies through team management, collaboration with other company areas and promotion of a quality culture, monitoring results and supporting all departments.
• Establish guidelines for the definition of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controlling internal documentation.
• Supervise audits (internal/external), establishing actions, controlling non-conformities and monitoring results.
• Ensure completion of validation and qualification activities, guaranteeing adherence to planned timelines.
• Oversee activities related to deviation investigations and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
• Supervise the Change Control system.
• Ensure customer complaints are properly investigated.
• Supervise the qualification of suppliers and third-party service providers related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Oversee Risk Management activities in accordance with criteria established by applicable legislation.
• Ensure proper completion and filing of records applicable to the sector.
• Responsible for supporting inspections by regulatory authorities by providing requested information and action plans for any findings.
