Key responsibilities & impact

Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments
Apply Epic Clarity and PB revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
Build and maintain reporting on physician productivity and financial performance
Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
Strong knowledge of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations
Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
