Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a deep understanding of current business operations, processes, and workflows.
Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can generate significant business value and operational efficiencies.
Source, gather, and analyze large, complex datasets associated with potential AI use cases.
Conduct thorough value vs. feasibility assessments for identified AI initiatives, employing sound judgment and data-driven analysis.
Uncover and present novel insights from data analysis, clearly articulating trends, inefficiencies, and potential ROI.
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, including operational leaders and technical teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to further investigate promising opportunities and contribute to the development of AI project roadmaps and design specifications.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
Proven experience in working with large and complex datasets in the healthcare industry
Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, BI platforms)
Prior experience in identifying or supporting AI/automation projects
Ability to critically evaluate information, exercise sound judgment, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes (Note: Willing to teach RCM to a candidate with strong data analysis skills)
