About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and enhance R1's Business Intelligence toolset
- Maintain and develop Snowflake backend SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures
- Build and enhance reporting across multiple channels
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development
- Manage development work within an Agile/sprint framework
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to fellow developers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in a BI/Power BI developer role
- Strong expertise in Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced DAX skills for building robust reporting solutions
- Experience with AI-assisted development and MCP integrations
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with GitHub version control
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Healthcare/revenue cycle experience preferred
