About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and enhance R1's Business Intelligence toolset

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a BI/Power BI developer role
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake SQL and Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced DAX skills for building robust reporting solutions
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and MCP integrations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency with GitHub version control
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Healthcare/revenue cycle experience preferred
