Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the Healthcare AR Follow-Up workflow platform is functioning as intended by monitoring system performance and validating automated processes
  • Analyze workflow and operational data using historical trends and established standards to identify discrepancies and confirm expected outcomes
  • Investigate root causes of system or process issues and deliver actionable insights to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
  • Report on automation performance, process effectiveness, and efficiency gains; use data to continuously refine workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to support adoption and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate team-level training, workflow enablement, and adoption of automation tools and processes
  • Lead and manage recurring meetings, track action items, and ensure structured follow-up on key initiatives
  • Assess user feedback and develop data-driven, actionable improvement plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar BI/analytics tools)
  • Strong SQL and querying skills to extract, validate, and analyze workflow and system data
  • Experience with healthcare systems, including operating systems, payor portals, and EHR platforms
  • Knowledgeable with healthcare integration (HL7, FHIR)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
  • Must be willing to travel 25%
