Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engineering for the Entri “schedule maximizer” and “order facilitator” systems
Stay close to the technology while leading the team by driving architecture, participating in design decisions, and stepping in on complex production issues
Lead modernization of legacy desktop applications into scalable SaaS products while driving adoption of the enterprise data platform to improve performance and system efficiency
Develop engineers through mentorship, coaching, and structured knowledge sharing
Work in a pod-based model where engineering and product jointly influence roadmap decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
5+ years designing and building scalable, distributed systems (including microservices architecture) using agile delivery methodologies
Strong backend experience in C#/.NET or Java, with exposure to modern web applications and SaaS platforms
Proven ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader (architecture, design, and problem-solving)
Experience developing engineering professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style, and a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and planning.
Experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
