About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive prospecting through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, digital) to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our sales team
- Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations, including physician groups, hospitals, and health systems
- Partner with sales and operations leaders to target key accounts, engage decision-makers, and advance opportunities
- Qualify and nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey, ensuring high-quality handoff to sales
- Leverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of email and outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Strong prospecting, research, and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially in writing, with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, organized, open to coaching, and driven to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10%
