Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct current-state assessments, including SOP review and process mapping, to support use case design.
Provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go live, and stabilization phases.
Develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions.
Design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption.
Define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for assigned engagements and support steady-state performance tracking.
Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps; recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support
Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans
Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration
Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools
