Support feature development and project delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions
Write clean, functional code that addresses business needs efficiently and integrates smoothly with existing systems
Create well-tested code and support feature reliability in production through appropriate monitoring and operational best practices
Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions
Continuously enhance technical capabilities and participate in team knowledge sharing through code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
Experience building and supporting data platforms or systems in production environments
Competency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Demonstrated ability to work on technical projects and collaborate with engineering teams
Interest in AI-native development environments and willingness to learn new technologies and tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable)
Preferred: Background in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Preferred: Experience in dynamic startup or technology company environments
Preferred: Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, EMR, or Athena
