Save medical documentation, check hospital claim changes, review hospital patient accounting software for recent payments, add notes to hospital accounts, and assist with account follow up
Obtain work assignments and necessary documentation (medical records, claims forms, itemized bills, account notes) and payment information from providers
Manage dynamic work assignment queue according to SOPs and workflows: reviewing accounts and recommendations, add documentation to R1 software as needed, close out requests timely, efficiently, and correctly
Maintain a private and secure remote work environment that meets HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Computer literacy, including the ability to navigate programs and retrieve documents and data
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
