Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage up to 100 FTEs delivering modular RCM services across PB and HB environments
Own performance, quality, and outcomes for an assigned portion of AR
Make real-time staffing and capacity decisions in response to fluctuating inventory
Maintain strong client-facing presence, representing the organization in operational discussions
Partner cross-functionally with peer Directors and operational leaders
Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, and financial performance using operational data
Lead, coach, and develop front-line leaders and managers in a fully remote, distributed environment

What you’ll need

7–10 years of progressive revenue cycle management experience
3–5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing teams of 50–100 FTEs
Demonstrated experience operating within modular or segmented RCM models
Proven ability to lead across both professional and hospital billing environments
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage routine operational conversations independently
Analytical, operational mindset with the ability to translate data into action
