About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
- Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
- Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused
- Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (with training!)

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
- Preferred Medical or healthcare experience (but not required!)
