About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight of Team Lead(s) and a team of representatives for one or more clients
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between onshore and offshore leadership teams
- Maintain and analyze KPI reporting and ACD metrics
- Partner with offshore leaders to ensure workflows align with client expectations
- Create a solid virtual Team through regular communication with your Team Leads and Representatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience managing a high-volume call center team
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner
- Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
