About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide oversight of Team Lead(s) and a team of representatives for one or more clients
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between onshore and offshore leadership teams
  • Maintain and analyze KPI reporting and ACD metrics
  • Partner with offshore leaders to ensure workflows align with client expectations
  • Create a solid virtual Team through regular communication with your Team Leads and Representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
  • Experience managing a high-volume call center team
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner
  • Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
