About the role
- Own client relationships and manage client contracts, meeting SLAs & driving renewals
- Utilize R1 technology and interface with R1 Operations teams to optimize Client KPIs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback
- Manage and resolve complex client issues and escalations
- Coordinate with other R1 departments to ensure best-possible partnership & performance
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
- 5+ Revenue Cycle experience, preferably has experience with Prior Authorization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel functions
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Is an extroverted collaborator that looks forward to meeting new clients/client prospects and thrives on delivering performance improvements
