About the role
- Expertly manage the R1 solution build for modular and end-to-end projects
- Establish, implement, develop, and control best practices for project management throughout the organization
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle
- Communicate and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders
- Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify key successful and unsuccessful project elements
Requirements
- Ideally 4 years direct work experience in a project management capacity
- IT Program management experience required
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Excel
- Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
- Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
