About the role
- Provide use case business case quantification by identifying the customer's business objectives and quantifying the benefits and ROI of use case implementation
- Design and optimize consulting delivery processes in coordination with internal teams
- Lead and mentor Solution Consultants while ensuring alignment of team efforts with client goals and operating metrics
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to create product roadmap, future state process flows, and implementation plan
- Support the development of training and change management plans to drive adoption of best practices
- Provide technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle
- Evaluate emerging operational and technical opportunities and recommend future use case business cases
- Engage with customers and support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery
- Support the Solution Consultants with sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management including HB and PB Follow Up, Denials and Coding
- Minimum 5 years in a management role
- Significant experience in project management, process improvement, and implementation support
- Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about technology and operations conversion
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS & CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies
- AAPC or AHIMA Certified coding professional: CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT Required for the Mid-Cycle Coding Engineer Lead
