- May lead teams indirectly through managing one or more Managers of Software Engineering
- Mentor and grow leadership within your teams
- Provide technical leadership in evaluation, design, and development of new capabilities
- Oversee the quality of code and products throughout development lifecycle
- Drive for continuous improvement in performance and scalability of the platform
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain a digital roadmap for applications
- Coach and encourage career development for engineering managers
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
