About the role

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in working with at least one reporting based product (MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
