About the role
- Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to attrition, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Participates in planning and creation of business and client-facing presentations of data
- Prepares reports of data results, presents, and highlights findings and areas of additional consideration
- Supports the HR Business Leaders in the performance management and merit increase/bonus process by collecting data and conducting any follow-up needed
- Cross-functional support for talent planning, engagement survey review, and action planning
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to various areas of Human Resources, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, I&D, Organization Design, etc.
- Leverages AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and generate insights that support strategic HR decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in related areas such as employee relations, HR reporting, compensation, recruitment, training and development, or employee benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including basic Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) as well as experience with creating and managing pivot tables
- Experience in creating and assembling professional PowerPoint presentations
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll, and similar employee management software
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
