About the role
- Review patient information daily and process documents efficiently
- Process itemized documentation from payors per patient requests
- Track changes to client processes and adjust as needed
- Actively track backlog and prioritize urgent requests
- Communicate with insurance companies and handle IVR statements
Requirements

- experience with EPIC preferred
- strong understanding of HIPPA
- willing to travel to two locations to retrieve mail
- willing to work in office minimum 3 days per week
