- R1 is the leading provider of technology-driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems and medical groups.
Responsible for selling Clinical Documentation Improvement and Coding Solutions.
Developing and maintaining relationships while partnering with the broader commercial team to collaborate and drive sales with hospital and healthcare providers.
Identify new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
Pursue, develop, and sustain CDI and coding sales leads and prospects in the hospital and healthcare provider vertical.
Develop and execute a strategy in collaboration with the commercial team focused on building brand awareness and driving new revenue.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and forecast accurately.
Frequently travel within the sales territory to provide onsite presentations to VP and C-level staff.
Communicate effectively to deliver department goals and respond to market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales and business development experience selling CDI and Coding solutions.
Bachelor's Degree
Strong domain knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management and Provider processes.
Experience with selling outsourcing, staffing, and software solutions.
Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary.
