• Build, lead, and mentor a growing remote sensing team in Folsom and remote locations
• Develop training and onboarding programs for LiDAR technicians, UAV specialists, and analysts
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on accuracy, safety, and innovation
• Manage and coordinate complex LiDAR, UAV, and photogrammetry projects — from acquisition through post-processing and feature extraction
• Oversee QA/QC processes, ensuring all deliverables meet R.E.Y.’s rigorous standards for precision and quality
• Implement workflow improvements across platforms such as MicroStation, TopoDOT, and Trimble Business Center
• Integrate remote sensing workflows with surveying, GIS, and engineering teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and scopes for remote sensing projects across multiple states
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs, propose methodologies, and deliver advanced geospatial solutions
• Support business development by preparing proposals, cost estimates, and participating in presentations
• Represent R.E.Y. at professional events and conferences to promote our leadership in mobile and UAV LiDAR.
