About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for national and international clients on Corporate Services matters
Coordinate and review corporate projects, including incorporation, corporate amendments, reorganizations, and company dissolutions/closures
Supervise paralegal activities, corporate filings, regularizations and other corporate routines
Coordinate projects related to compliance, corporate governance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), whistleblower channels and integrity programs
Ensure technical quality, adherence to deadlines and consistency of the team’s deliverables
Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Services team, supporting their technical and professional growth
Act in an advisory capacity to clients, identifying risks, proposing solutions and supporting strategic decisions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international offices on local and global projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed)
Fluent English (mandatory)
Proven experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance or related areas
Experience with Compliance, LGPD, whistleblower channels and integrity programs
Experience managing and developing teams
Experience providing consultative client service and leading multidisciplinary projects
Ability to operate in an international environment and engage with global stakeholders
Advanced Spanish and/or German will be considered a plus
